KeeForm is a popular extension for KeePass that can launch web sites, scan for user name and password fields, and fill in that information for you automatically. KeeForm originally started in the AutoIt forum where it had been downloaded more than 411739 times (other download entities not included).

In KeePass you can double-click the URL of an entry to launch a web site. Once you are there, clicking on an input field and firing off an AutoType sequence with a keyboard shortcut helps you fill in your username and password.

Wouldn't it be easier, though, if KeePass automatically filled in that information for you? This is exactly what KeeForm does. It automates the login process for you and is highly configurable. Passwords are entered without any key strokes, Auto-type or "copy and paste" operations (bypassing clipboard spies and key loggers).

Installation is very easy. First install KeePass 1.x or KeePass 2.x. Then run KeeForm-2.01-Setup.exe (for IE) or KeeFormFF-2.02-Setup.exe (for Firefox) and follow the steps of the installation wizard to make KeeForm the default URL handler for KeePass. For Firefox you also need to install the Mozrepl extension and start it (read more here).

If you have any questions, please post a topic in the KeeForm support forum.

KeeForm is Charityware You can use and copy it as much as you like, but you are encouraged to make a donation for children in need. Any charity would be fine, but you could also visit the ICCF web site for more information.
